ZINGER BURGER Recipe
INGREDIENTS:-
- Buns= as per requirement
- Oil= for shallow frying
- Lettuce leaves= for serving
- Tomato Ketchup= for serving
For Marination
- Chicken= ½ kg boneless fillets
- Ginger/ Garlic Paste= 3-4 tsp
- Soya Sauce= 2-3 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce= 3 tbsp
- Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper= 1 tsp
- Salt= 1 tsp
For Batter
- Flour (Maida)= 8 tbsp
- Cornflour= 2 tbsp
- Chilli Sauce= 3 tbsp
- Paprika= 1 tbsp
- Water= as required
- Black pepper= 1 tsp
- White Pepper= ¼ tsp
- Salt= 1 tsp
For Mayo
- Vinegar= 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise= ½ cup
For Covering
- Cornflakes= as required
- Bread crumbs= if needed (if cornflakes does not cover the chicken properly then needed)
Method:-
Marinate the Chicken with all the ingredients for 2-3 hours as mentioned for marination .
Mix all the ingredients mentioned for Batter and make a thick paste.
Coat Chicken in the Batter.
Then Coat the Chicken with Corn flakes and Bread crumbs (if needed).
Fry the chicken in little Oil (shallow frying).
Take Mayonnaise in a cup and mix vinegar to it. Whisk.
Now take buns. Spread the Mayo mixture, lettuce leaves and Chicken Fillets.
Serve the Zinger Burgers with tartar Sauce and Tomato Ketchup.
