Take strawberries in a blender with ½ Cup Water, Mint Leaves and Ice cubes and blend well.
Soak Tukh-Malanga in 2 cups of Water for 30-45 minutes till it doubles in size.
Mix Tukh-Malanga seeds with the blended Strawberry Juice and serve.

Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend well for 3-4 minutes till they form a smooth liquid.

Wash and Cut lemons into halves.
Squeeze the Juice from the Lemons in a bowl.
Boil Sugar and Water in a pan to make syrup,
Cool the syrup and mix Vinegar and Lemon Juice in it.
Store this mixture in a bottle. Refrigerate this mixture.
When serving, mix 3/4rth glass of Water with ¼ glass of syrup. Mix well and Ice cubes v=before serving. Serve Chill.

Wash falsas and soak them in Water for 45-50 minutes so they become soft.
With the help of your hands squeeze the falsas in a bowl and discard the seeds.
Blend with all the ingredients in a blender.
Serve Chill and enjoy the refreshing Juice of Falsas in summers.
