METHOD:-
Take Oil in a pan and heat the Oil.
Add Ginger/ Garlic Paste and Minced Meat and stir for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame.
Add all the ingredients and stir for 1-2 minutes till the Oil separates from the gravy.
Cut the Capsicum from the top (lid) such that its lid can be used again for the covering as a lid.
Remove the pulp from inside of the Capsicum.
Stuff the minced meat inside the Capsicum.
Cover the Capsicum with the lid after filling the Minced Meat.
Now tie the Capsicum with the thread from top to bottom to secure the filling inside.
Take Oil in a pan again. And heat Oil.
Add the Capsicum one by one in it. And Cover the pan with a lid.
Cook for 8-10 minutes on a low flame.
Serve hot.
