THAI BANANAS (SERVES 4)

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Bananas= 4
  • Roll Strips= 4
  • Oil= for deep frying
  • Chocolate Dip, Whipped Cream or Tartar Sauce= for dips (Optional)

METHOD:-

Peel the Bananas.

Cut in half.

Put the bananas cut into half in the Roll Strips and fold in such a way like Chinese fried rolls (diamond cut method).

Heat Oil and deep fry these Banana Rolls until golden brown.

Serve with Chocolate dip and whipped Cream or Tartar Sauce.

 

CHOCOLATE COATED BANANAS:-

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Milk Chocolate= 2 bars
  • Bananas= 6
  • Fresh Cream= ½ cup
  • Milk= ¼ Cup

 

METHOD:-

Peel the Bananas.

Slice them into half vertically (lengthwise).

In a pan, heat Chocolate and Milk until the Chocolate melts properly on a low flame.

Cool the Chocolate for 10-15 minutes.

Now dip the Banana pieces in it.

After dipping and coating the bananas with the chocolate, Refrigerate or keep in the freezer for 45-50 minutes.

Serve Chill with whipped Cream.
