INGREDIENTS:-
* Chicken Breasts= 6 cut into half (boneless)
* Mutton (mince)= 8 tbsp
* Spring Onions= 2 finely chopped
* Coriander leaves = 2 tbps chopped
* Red Chilli powder= 1 tsp
* Egg= 1
* Butter= for greasing
* Bread Crumbs= 2-3 tbsp
* Salt=to taste
* White Pepper = to taste
* Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tsp
* Foil= as required
* French Fries= for serving
METHOD:-
Grease the baking tray with Butter.
Take six pieces of foil large enough to wrap and enclose the Chicken Breasts pieces.
Lightly grease the Foils as well.
Take a bowl and add Red Chilli Powder, Egg, Spring Onion, Coriander Leaves, Bread Crumbs, Mutton, Worcestershire sauce, White Pepper and Salt. Mix it with a spoon to form a mixture.
With a sharp knife, make a pocket in the Chicken Breast and fill it with the mixture.
Wrap Chicken in foils separately and keep in the greased baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400’ f in a pre- heated oven.
Remove the foils from the Chicken carefully.
Slice the Chicken and serve hot with French fries.
