INGREDIENTS:-
* Meat Mince-= ½ kg
* Anar Dana= 1 tbsp
* Eggs= 2
* Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
* Coriander Seeds- 1 tbsp
* Red Chilli Powder= 2 tsp
* All Spice Powder= 1 tsp
* Ginger/ Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
* Tomatoes= 4 tbsp (finely chopped)
* Spring Onions= 4 tbsp (thinly chopped)
* Salt= 1 tsp
* Corn Flour= 1 tbsp
* Lemon Juice= 2 tbsp
* Oil= for frying
* Salad= for serving
* Tomato Ketchup= for serving
METHOD:-
Take Meat Mince in a bowl.
Add all the Spices (Salt, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, All Spice Powder, Salt, Ginger/ Garlic Paste and Lemon Juice). Mix well.
Marinate for 3-4 hours.
Add tomatoes and Spring Onions.
Now add Eggs and Corn Flour and mix well.
After this, take one and a half tablespoon of Minced mixture and place it on the centre of your palm on your hand.
Make a round smooth ball.
Flatten this ball by pressing carefully between your palms of your hands.
Heat Oil in a frying pan and fry these Chapli Kababs one by one.
Fry well and carefully that they shouldn’t break.
Serve these Chapli Kababs with Salad and Tomato Ketchup.
