Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe

Lemon Pepper Chicken


  • Chicken= 115 grams (full chicken)
  • Lemon Juice= ½ cup
  • Lemon peels= 1 spoon (cut finely)
  • Black Pepper Powder= ¼ Spoon
  • Chinese Salt= 1 pinch
  • Ginger= 7-8 cloves
  • Brown Sugar= 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce= 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce= 1 ½ tbsp
  • Salt= according to taste



Take a bowl and add Lemon Juice, Salt, Black pepper Powder, Chinese Salt, Brown Sugar and Soya Sauce.

Mix them.

Add Lemon Peels and Worcestershire to the entire mixture.

Now take the Chicken and wash it with water.

Insert a fork in different parts of the Chicken to make small holes.

Now add the mixture to the Chicken such that the mixture is finely leaped inside and outside the chicken and such that the mixture goes in the holes made by the fork.

Marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours.

Now keep the Chicken in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes in a baking tray.

After 15-20 minutes turn the chicken and let it bake for more 15-20 minutes from the other side as well.

If you find that the Chicken gets properly baked, take it out from the Oven.

Serve this Lemon Pepper Chicken with the Salad.
