Chocolate Mousse Recipe



  • Cocoa Powder= 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream= ½ cup
  • Chocolate= 4 ounce
  • Milk= ¼ cup
  • Eggs= 3
  • Castor Sugar= 6 tbsp
  • Butter= 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence= ½ tsp
  • Gelatin powder= 1 tbsp
  • Water= ¼ cup
  • Chocolate Chip and Sprinkles= for decorating


Take a pan and melt Butter in it.

Then add Chocolate, Milk and cocoa Powder. Stir till it becomes a thick mixture. (Mixture 1)

In a separate bowl, beat Eggs and Castor Sugar together till it becomes stiff. (Mixture 2)

Now add Vanilla Essence to the Mixture 2.

Now in a small bowl or cup, dissolve Gelatin in Water.

Fold Mixture 1 and Mixture 2 together and dissolved Gelatin and whipped Cream.

Decorate it with Chocolate chips and Sprinkles.

Freeze and serve Chill.
