Spicy Rice and Chicken Wings (Nando’s Special)

INGREDIENTS FOR SPICY RICE:-

  • Rice= ¼ cup boiled
  • Ginger/ Garlic Paste = 1 tsp
  • Onion= 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Capsicum= 1 (chopped)
  • Tomatoes= ½ (chopped)
  • Oil= 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce= 1 tbsp
  • Salt= ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper= ½ tsp
  • Peri Peri Sauce

 

METHOD FOR SPICY RICE:-

Heat Oil. Add  Onion & Capsicum and fry them for a minute then add Peri Peri Sauce, Soya Sauce and Ginger/Garlic Paste. Mix all. Then after frying for 2 more minutes, add White Pepper and Salt.

Add Tomatoes . Fry tomatoes until they are about to dissolve.

After 5-8 minutes, add boiled Rice and Stir Fry.

Serve them  hot and with Chicken Wings.

INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN WINGS:-

  • Chicken Wings= ½ kg
  • Lemon Juice= 2 tbsp
  • Garlic= 1 tsp
  • Hot Peri Peri Sauce= 2tbsp
  • Soya Sauce= 1 tbsp
  • Pepper= 1 tsp
  • Salt= 1 tsp
  • Oil= for deep Frying
  • French fries= for serving

 

METHOD FOR CHICKEN WINGS:-

Marinate Wings for 2-3 hours with all given Ingredients.

Deep fry the Marinated Wings on medium flame for 15 minutes.

Serve with Spicy Rice, French Fries and Peri Peri Sauce.
