How to make Strawberry Muffins Recipe


  • Strawberries (fresh) = 150 grams (chopped)
  • Flour= 2 ½ Cups
  • Baking powder= 2 tsp
  • Baking Soda= 1 tsp
  • Eggs= 2
  • Unsalted Butter= 1/3 Cup (melted)
  • Vanilla Essence= 1 tsp
  • Salt= ½ tsp
  • Sugar= ½ – 1 Cup
  • Butter Milk= 1 ½ Cup
  • Muffin Cups= 12
  • Paper Cup Liners= 12



Time required to make Strawberry Muffins= 30-40 minutes

Serves= 10- 12 people



To make Strawberry Muffins, firstly take a bowl and sift Flour, Baking Powder and Baking Soda together.

Then add ½ Cup Sugar and Salt in the sifted bowl. Mix well.

Thirdly to make Strawberry Muffins, take a separate bowl and beat the Eggs.

Now take a separate deep bowl and add Unsalted Butter, beaten Eggs, Vanilla Essence and Buttermilk. Whisk them together to form a smooth batter of the Strawberry Muffin.

Now in the bowl in which ingredients were sifted together, make a well or a space in the centre of the bowl by shifting the sifted powder (ingredients) on the side of the bowl.

Now pour the smooth batter of the whisked ingredients in the centre of the bowl where the well or the space was made.

Add the chopped strawberries as well in the space created in the bowl.

Using a large spoon, fold the ingredients gently.

Line the Muffin Cups with Paper Cup Liners.

Spoon the batter of the raw Strawberry Muffins that was folded in the Muffin Cups on top of the Paper Cup Liners.

Sprinkle each raw Strawberry Muffin with a pinch of Sugar on top.

Lastly to get the Strawberry Muffins ready, bake these Strawberry Muffins in the Oven at 400’ F or 200 ‘C for 20- 25 minutes.

Insert a toothpick in the Strawberry Muffins to check if they are baked properly.

Remove from the Oven and let the Strawberry Muffins cool.

If you want, you can refrigerate them for an hour or two to eat chill.
