METHOD FOR HYDERABADI MUTTON/ HYDERABADI GOSHT RECIPE:-
To make Hyderabadi Mutton/ Hyderabadi Gosht Recipe first take a deep pan or a Wok and on a medium flame heat Oil in it and add Garlic Paste. Stir for few seconds.
Then add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Peppers, Cardamoms, Cloves and Cumin Seeds. Mix well.
Thirdly, to make Hyderabadi Mutton/ Hyderabadi Gosht Recipe, add Mutton meat in it. Cover the deep pan or the Wok with a lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes or till the met gets tender on a low flame.
Lastly to make Hyderabadi Mutton/ Hyderabadi Gosht Recipe, add Onion slices and Tomato Slices after the Mutton meat is tender. Mix well. Note that the flame is on low heat.
Cook Hyderabadi Mutton/ Hyderabadi Gosht Recipe for five to six minutes and remove from the stove.
