How to make Tasty Chicken Chargha Recipe

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Chicken= 1 (whole)
  • Yogurt= 200 grams
  • Black Cumin Seeds= 1 tsp
  • Red Chillies (whole)= 15
  • Black Pepper Corns (whole)= 12-16
  • Cardamoms= 5-6 (small)
  • Cloves= 6-7
  • Cinnamon Sticks= 3-4
  • Coriander (whole)= 3 tbsp
  • Ginger Paste= 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste= 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Worcestershire Sauce= 3 tbsp (optional)
  • Butter or Oil= 1 Cup
  • Salt= 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Coriander Leaves= ½ Cup (chopped for garnishing)

 

PREPARATION FOR TASTY CHICKEN CHARGHA RECIPE:-

Time required to cook Chicken Chargha= For marination:2-3 hours, To cook: 45-50 minutes

Serves= 5-7 people

 

METHOD TO COOK  TASTY CHICKEN CHARGHA RECIPE:-

To make tasty Chicken Chargha, firstly take Red Chillies (whole), Coriander (whole), Black Pepper Corns, Cardamoms, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, and Black Cumin Seeds in a grinder and grind them well.

To make the paste or mixture for Chicken Chargha, take the grinded spices in a bowl and add Yogurt, Worcestershire Sauce (optional), Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, and Salt. Mix well to combine.

Now take the Chicken in a deep bowl and apply this paste or mixture on the Chicken properly.

Leave this paste on the Chicken and let the Chicken marinate for 2-3 hours.

To cook the tasty Chicken Chargha, take a deep pan or a wok and heat Butter or Oil in it on a low flame.

Then add this marinated Chargha Chicken in the wok or the deep pan.

While Cooking, turn the Chicken Chargha carefully and cook from both the sides.

Cook for 40-50 minutes till the Chicken Chargha is tender or is done.

Garnish the tasty Chicken Chargha with chopped Coriander Leaves.

Serve Chicken Chargha with Tomato Ketchup and boiled Rice.
