How to cook Aaloo ka Salan

INGREDIENTS:-
• Chicken= 1 kg
• Potatoes= 5-6
• Yogurt= 2- 2 ½ cups
• Black Pepper= 6-7
• Cloves (Laung)=4-5
• Ginger/ Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
• Cinnamon= 1 small piece
• Green Cardamom= 4-5
• Onions= ½ cup fried
• Coriander Leaves= ½ Cup finely chopped
• All Spice Powder= to sprinkle
• Water= 1 cup
• Oil= 1-2 dish spoons

PREPARATION:-
Time required= 50-55 minutes
Serves= 7-8 people

METHOD:-
Pour Oil in a Wok or a deep Pan. Heat and add Cloves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Ginger/ Garlic Paste and Black Pepper. Fry them for 3-4 minutes on a medium flame.
Add Chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add Potatoes and mix well with a spoon.
Add Water and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or till the Chicken and Potatoes get tender.
Blend Yogurt and Fried Onions well in a blender so that they form a smooth paste.
Sprinkle All Spice Powder and Chopped Coriander Leaves on top.
Serve hot.
