Coffee Chocolate Cake Recipe

COFFEE CHOCOLATE CAKEINGREDIENTS:-

* Maida (Flour)= 10 ounce

* Sugar= 8 ounce

* Coco Powder= 4 ounce

* Baking Powder= 2 tbsp

* Oil or Unsalted Butter= ¾ cup

* Water= 1 cup

* Salt= pinch

* Vanilla Essence=

* Eggs= 3

ICING FOR TOPPING:-

* Cream= 200 grams

* Coffee dissolved in little Water= 2 tsp

* Icing Sugar= 4 ounce or more as required

METHOD:-

Beat Eggs, Sugar and Oil or unsalted Butter until they become a mixture.

Sieve Flour (Maida), Baking Powder and Salt. Add this to the mixture and beat.

Add Cocoa and Water to the mixture and beat well.

Pour this mixture in a pan and bake for 30-35 minute.

For ICING/ TOPPING:-

Beat the Cream with Icing Sugar.

Add Coffee liquid and Mix well.

Cut the Baked Cake in half horizontally from the middle.

Spread the Icing in between the cake and Join the cake again.

Spread on Top.

Dusk with Coffee Powder.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or more as required.
