INGREDIENTS:-
* Chicken Breasts= 4 boneless (cut into half)
* Lemon Juice= 1 tbsp
* Green chillies= 4 (chopped)
* Garlic= 1 clove (crushed)
* Coriander Leaves= 1 cup
* Worcester Shire Sauce= 1 tbsp
* Almonds = 2 tbsp
* Salt= to taste
* White Pepper= to taste
* Foil= as required
* Tomato ketchup= for serving
* French Fries= for serving (optional)
METTHOD:-
Take a Rolling Pin and flatten the Chicken Breasts with it.
Take a Food Processor and put Green Chillies, lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce and Almonds and blend well.
Take the mixture out in a bowl.
Add Salt, White Pepper, and Garlic in this mixture. Mix well.
Spread the mixture over the Chicken Breasts.
Roll the Chicken Breasts from one end to enclose the filling.
Place this enclosed Chicken Breast Rolls in foil carefully so it holds the shape of the roll properly.
Seal the ends well with the foil.
Now place the Chicken Breast Rolls wrapped in foil in a steamer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
Slice the rolls and serve with Tomato Ketchup and French Fries.
