Add all the ingredients in the blender except Salt and Lemon Juice. Blend well to form a smooth paste. Pour in a small bowl. Add Salt and Lemon Juice.

Red Garlic Chutney

Soak Red Chillies in water for 3-4 hours. Then, add all the ingredients in the blender except Salt and Lemon Juice. Blend well to form a smooth paste. Pour in a small bowl. Add Salt and Lemon Juice.

Plum Chutney
INGREDIENTS:-

Take a saucepan and heat Butter in it. Add Ginger and Garlic and cook for a minute on a medium flame. Then add Cardamom Powder and Mustard Seeds. Stir for two minutes and add Onion Slices. Stir and Cook till the Onions becomes soft. On high flame, add rest of the ingredients in it. Cook till the Brown Sugar is dissolved then lower the flame. Let the mixture simmer till it turns like Jam (thickens to jam-like consistency). Let it Cool. Then pout this mixture in a sterilized container with a lid. Refrigerate and serve chill.

Besan Chutney

Take a bowl and add Turmeric Powder, Chickpea Flour(Besan), Salt and Water. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
Heat Oil in a Pan and add Mustard Seeds. Cook for 2 minutes then add Ginger, Green Chillies and Chickpea (Besan) mixture. Keep stirring for 3-4 minutes on low flame till the mixture thickens. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. You can serve this Besan ki Chutney with Chapati as well.

Garlic and Onion Chutney

Take a pan and heat Butter and add Onions, Garlic and All Spices Powder. Cook until the Onions turn golden-brown. Then add Brown Sugar. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame for 45-50 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then add Vinegar and cook for 5 minutes more before adding Salt and Black Pepper. Remove the pan from the stove and let it cool. Pour this in an air-tight sterilized jar and cover it with a lid. Refrigerate.
