Say no to soft drinks.

Soft drink:

It is a non-alcoholic, carbonated beverages containing flavorings, sweeteners and other ingredients. In this recent decade we all just addicted to soft drink. But most of us don’t know about it’s harmful affect on our body which can have dangerous effect in our later life.

Dehydration:

Almost 70% of our body contained water. It steals water from our body. It works much like diuretic (any substance that causes body to get rid of excess water). It steal considerable amount of water from our body which cause in dehydration. To get rid of dehydration we need to drink 8 to 12 glass of water for every one glass of soft drink we consumed.

Sugar crash:

Soft drink contain high amount of sugar which cause our pancreas to produce plenty of insulin which leads to sugar crash. It can leads to diabetes and other life-long major diseases.

Removal of rust:

Soft drinks are use to remove rust from a car bumper or other metal surfaces. So, now just think for a moment that what it’s doing with our digestive system and with the rest of our body.

High amount of caffeine:

Soft drinks are just full of caffeine and sugar.It highly gets trouble with our digestion. High amount of caffeine and sugar can shut down our digestive process.

Diet soft drink:

Diet drink contain aspartame (artificial sweetener used as a substitute of sugar).This substitute can leads to insomnia, neurological disease etc.

Worst thing:

Don’t even try to drink soft drink when you are ill. It makes harder for your body to fight with illness.

WE JUST CAN’T IMAGINE THAT HOW SOFT DRINK CAN DAMAGE OUR BODY IN SUCH WAYS. “SAY ALWAYS NO TO SOFT DRINKS”.
