Potato Spinach Cheese Balls Recipe


  • Potatoes= ½ kg (boiled and mashed)
  • Cheddar Cheese= 10-12 cheddar cheese slices cut into ½ inch cubes
  • Spinach= ¼ kg cut very finely
  • Egg= 1 (beaten)
  • Bread Crumbs= as per required
  • Oil= 1- 1½ cup for deep frying
  • Salt= as per taste
  • Pepper= as per taste
  • Tomato Ketchup= for serving



Add Salt and Pepper (according to the taste) in mashed Potatoes.

Mix the Mashed Potatoes and Spinach well.

Cover each piece of cheese separately with the mixture of Mashed Potatoes and Spinach, forming into small round balls.

Add a little bit of salt in the Beaten Egg.

Dip each ball in the Beaten Egg.

After coating the balls with the beaten Egg, coat the balls with Bread Crumbs.

Keep aside.

Deep fry these Cheese Balls in Oil.

Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
