INGREDIENTS TO MAKE STUFFED OMELETTE RECIPE:-
PREPARATION FOR STUFFED OMELETTE RECIPE:-
Time required to make Stuffed Omelette Recipe= 20-25 minutes
Serves= 5-6 people
METHOD TO MAKE STUFFED OMELETTE:-
To make Stuffed Omelette recipe, firstly get the filling ready for the Omelette.
To get the filling ready for the Omelette firstly heat 2 tbsp of Oil in a frying pan on medium flame. Then add the chopped Garlic and Onions and fry them for three to four minutes until the Onions become soft.
When the Onions have become soft, add the washed Chicken Mince and fry for 10-12 minutes until it turn to light brown colour.
Then add in Salt, Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, and Red Chilli Powder. Mix well and stir for a minute or so. Then add Soya Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Sugar and chopped Tomatoes. Mix well to combine. Stir till the sauce becomes slightly thick.
Now add the chopped Coriander Leaves.
Now to get the Stuffed Omelette ready, take a bowl and whisk the Eggs in it. Add 1tbsp of Soya Sauce and whisk well with the Eggs.
Take a frying pan and heat Oil in it on a medium flame. Add half of the Beaten Egg in it. Tilt the pan so that the beaten Egg spreads into a thin even sheet like form.
After 2-3 minutes, pour the Omelette filling over the beaten egg which has now turned into a soft sheet.
Fold the sides of the Omelette from top to bottom and left to right to pack it in a square shaped parcel.
Flip to the other side and cook for few seconds before serving in a dish or a plate.
Garnish Stuffed omelette with Green Chillies and chopped Coriander Leaves.
Repeat the same process with rest of the whisked Eggs.
Serve the Stuffed Omelette hot with toast slices.
