How to Make Crunchy Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR CRUNCHY CHICKEN RECIPE:-

  • Boneless Chicken= 1kg (chunks)
  • Corn flour= 1/2 Cup
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida) = ½ Cup
  • Red Chilli Powder= 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes= ½ Ttsp
  • Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt)= 2 tsp
  • Salt= 1 tbsp
  • Eggs= 3
  • Cornflakes= ¼ Cup
  • Salted Potato Chips (like Lays)= ¼ Cup
  • Soya Sauce= ½ Cup
  • Red Chilli Sauce= 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tbsp
  • Oil= for deep frying
  • Tomato Ketchup= for serving
  • French Fries= for serving
  • Lemon= 2-3 cut into slices (optional: for garnishing)

 

PREPARATION FOR CRUNCHY CHICKEN RECIPE:-

Time required for Crunchy Chicken Recipe= For marination: 60-75 minutes, for cooking: 15 minutes

Serves= 5-6 people (for all ages)

 

METHOD FOR CRUNCHY CHICKEN RECIPE :-

To make Crunchy Chicken Recipe first take a bowl and add the Chicken Chunks. Then add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt), Red Chilli Flakes, Worcestershire Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce and Soya Sauce in the same bowl. Mix well and let the Chicken Chunks marinate with these ingredients for an hour or so.

Secondly, take a deep plate and add the All Purpose Flour, Corn Flour, Corn Flakes and the Salted Chips. Mix well to combine. .

Thirdly, take a separate bowl and beat the Eggs in it.

Now roll the marinated Chicken Chunks in the beaten Egg then in the Flour and Chips mixture evenly.

Take a deep frying pan and add Oil in it. Heat the Oil on medium flame and deep Fry these dipped Crunchy Chicken in Eggs and Flour mixture till golden brown.

Serve this Crunchy Chicken hot with French Fries and Tomato Ketchup.

Also Garnish this Crunchy Chicken with lemon Slices.
