How to Make Coconut Parfait Recipe


  • Coconut Powder= 45 grams (toasted)
  • Coconut Cake= 100 grams
  • Strawberry Jelly= 1 packet
  • Brown Sugar= 1 tbsp
  • Sugar= 4 tbsp
  • Custard Powder= 2 tbsp
  • Milk= ½ litre
  • Whipped Cream= 1 Cup
  • Peach= 1 (sliced)
  • Apple= 1 (sliced)
  • Banana= 1 (sliced)
  • Pineapple= 1



Time required to make Coconut Parfait= 25-35 minutes

Serves= 2 people



To make Coconut Parfait, firstly we will have to make Jelly.

Boil the water and dissolve the packet of Strawberry Jelly in it. Pour in a baking tin and refrigerate it until set.

Secondly, to make Coconut Parfait, we’ll have to get the Custard ready.

To make the Custard for Coconut Parfait, take a bowl and add Custard Powder in it. Then add half of the Milk and dissolve the Custard Powder in it. Take the remaining half of the Milk in a pan and add Sugar in it. Bring this to boil while stirring continuously.

Now add the Custard Powder that was dissolved in other half of the Milk to this boiling Milk and Sugar. Remove from the stove and let it cool.

Now take the slices of the fruits (Banana, Peaches and Apple) and keep them in a bowl. Also peel off the Pineapple and cut into small chunks. Keep the chunks of the Pineapple with the other fruits (Apple, Peaches and Bananas).

Sprinkle Brown Sugar on top of the Fruits (Pineapple, Apple, Peach and Banana slices).

Now take the Strawberry Jelly out from the refrigerator and cut the Strawberry Jelly into small cubes.

Now to serve the Coconut Parfait, take a dessert glass and add crumbled Coconut Cake in the bottom of the Glass.

Now make the second layer of the Fruits topped with Brown Sugar.

Mix Custard and Strawberry Jelly cubes together and add a layer on top of the fruits in the dessert Glass.

Top this Parfait with whipped cream and sprinkle toasted Coconut Powder on top.

Serve this Coconut Parfait Chill and enjoy the yummiest heavenly Coconut Parfait.
