How To Make Chicken Zinger Burger with Home Made Crispy French Fries Recipe



  • Chicken Breasts= 4
  • Buns= 4
  • Corn flour= 1 tbsp
  • Flour= 3 tbsp
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida)= 4 tbsp
  • Baking Powder= ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise= 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar= 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar Cheese Slices = 4
  • Mustard Paste= 1tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder= ½ tsp
  • White Pepper Powder= ½ tsp
  • Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt)= 1 tsp
  • Salt= 1 tsp
  • Egg= 1
  • Water= 3 tbsp
  • Salad Leaves= for serving
  • Oil= for deep frying
  • Tomato Ketchup= for serving



Time Required= For Chicken Marination: 30 minutes, for Preparation= 15-20 minutes

Serves= 4 people
Take a bowl and add all Chicken Breasts in it. Then add Salt, Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Chinese Salt, Mustard Paste and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix well with a spoon and cover it with a lid.  Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Take a separate bowl and add Flour, Corn Flour, Baking Powder, Egg and Water. Mix well to form a smooth batter paste.

Dip the marinated Chicken Breasts in batter one by one separately.

Then roll these Batter coated Chicken Breasts in All Purpose Flour (Maida).

Take Oil in a Pan and deep fry these coated Chicken Breasts till golden and crisp. Take out on a tissue paper. Keep aside.
In a separate bowl, mix Mayonnaise and Vinegar well to form the sauce.

Take the buns and apply this mayo Sauce on the lower half of the bun. Then place Cheddar Cheese Slice, top with fried Zinger Chicken, then salad leaf.

Spread this Mayo Sauce on the other half of the bun also. Cover the lower bun in which Cheese Slice and the Zinger Chicken was kept with the other half of the bun as a lid.

Serve hot with French Fries and Tomato Ketchup! Enjoy!




  • Potatoes= 4-5 large (sliced vertically like fingers)
  • Salt= a pinch
  • Yellow food Colouring (Zarday ka Rang)= 1 pinch
  • All Purpose Flour (Maida)= 4-5 tbsp
  • Oil= for deep frying
  • Water= to boil potatoes
  • Tomato Ketchup= for serving
  • Chaat Masala= to sprinkle



Time Required= 20-25 minutes

Serves= 4 people
Slice the Potatoes vertically in finger shape.

Take a wok or a Pan. Boil Water and add Salt, Yellow Food Colour (Zarday ka Rang), and Potatoes sliced in Finger Shaped. Boil for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame and then sieve the excess Water through a strainer in a basin.

Dip these French Fries or sliced potatoes in finger shape in All Purpose Flour when hot. Mix well.

Take Oil in a Pan and deep fry these French Fries till golden brown on a high flame.

Take these French Fries out on a tissue so the tissue can absorb excess Oil.

Serve hot with Zinger Burger, Tomato Ketchup and Chaat Masala. Enjoy these home-made Crispy French Fries.
