How to Make Black Forest Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE BLACK FOREST PUDDING RECIPE:-

  • Cooking Chocolate (semi-sweet)= 6 ounce
  • Cherries= 1 cup (rinsed, steamed and pitted)
  • Fresh Cream= ½ litre
  • Unsalted Butter= ¾ cup
  • Eggs= 8
  • Almonds= 1 ¾ Cup (grounded)
  • Sugar= ¾ Cup
  • Bread Crumbs (dry) = ¾ Cup

 

 

PREPARATION FOR BLACK FOREST PUDDING RECIPE:-

Time required to make Black Forest Pudding Recipe= 45-50 minutes

Serves= 5-7 people

 

METHOD TO MAKE BLACK FOREST PUDDING:-

To make Black Forest Pudding, firstly take a deep pan and pour Cooking Chocolate bar and Cream in it. Place it on a low flame on the stove and let the Cooking Chocolate Melt with the Cream while constant stirring with the spoon. After the Cooking Chocolate is melt, remove it from the stove and keep it below a fan for 5 minutes. Let it Cool.

Secondly, to make Black Forest Pudding batter recipe, take a bowl and add the Unsalted Butter and half of the Sugar in it. Beat them well till it becomes fluffy. Now add the Egg Yolks and the melted Chocolate in it gradually. Then add grounded Almonds and Bread Crumbs and lastly fold in the Cherries that were already rinsed, steamed and pitted.

Now take a separate bowl and the remaining Sugar in it with the Egg Whites. Beat them together until stiff.

Fold these beaten Egg Whites with Sugar in the Black Forest Pudding batter carefully with a spatula.

Lastly to get the Black Forest Pudding ready, transfer the batter in the baking dish or baking tray.

In a pre-heated oven at 350’F or at oven gas mark 4, bake this Black Forest Pudding till it is well puffed for 30-35 minutes.

When ready, take the Black Forest Pudding out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
