Time required: 6-8 hours for Marination, 1 hour for baking
Serves= 4-5 people
METHOD:-
Take a deep bowl and add Mutton leg pieces, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, Papaya Paste, Green Chilli Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Salt, All Spice Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice, Corn Flour and Oil. Mix well. Pierce this mixture with a fork so the mixture would penetrate inside the Mutton Legs Pieces.
Cover this with a lid and set aside to marinate. Keep it in refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Take a baking dish/ baking tray and grease it with Oil.
Put the leg pieces one by one with a little gap in between.
Pour the marinated mixture (in which the Mutton Leg pieces were marinated) on top.
Make sure that there is a uniform layer of the mixture around and under the marinated Mutton leg pieces.
Spread the vegetables evenly on the Baking tray/ Baking dish.
Sprinkle Oregano Powder on top.
Bake this for an hour on a medium heat in a pre-heated oven.
Garnish with boiled Eggs and serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
