Chocolate Fudge Oreo Cake

INGREDIENTS:-

* Betty Crocker’s Chocolate Fudge Cake= 1 box

* Eggs= 3

* Oil= 1 ½ -2 cups

* Cream= 3 Packets

* Cooking Chocolate (Milk Chocolate)= 500 grams bar

* Oreo Biscuits= 18-20 biscuits

* Water= 1 cup

* Sprinkles= 4-5 tbsp

* Chocolate Chips= 4-5 tbsp

METHOD:-

Take a deep bowl and add Betty Crocker’s Chocolate fudge Cake powder, Eggs, 1 1/3 cup Oil and Water. Beat with a beater for 30 seconds on low speed and then for 2 minutes at medium speed. Mix well.

Take a Round and deep Baking Pan and grease with Oil. Pour the Chocolate Fudge Cake mixture and let the Chocolate Fudge Cake bake for 30-45 minutes in a pre-heated oven.

Or

Take a deep and round Microwave Dish and grease it with Oil. Pour the Chocolate Fudge

Cake mixture and microwave it for 14-16 minutes.

When you find the Chocolate Fudge Cake ready, let it cool.

After it is cool, Take a big flat tray and place the Chocolate Fudge Cake upside down on the flat tray from the Baking pan or the Microwave dish.Chocolate Fudge Oreo Cake 4

Take a Pan and pour the packets of cream and the Cooking Chocolate bar in it. Place it on a low flame on the stove and let the Cooking Chocolate Melt with the Cream while constant stirring with the spoon. After the Cooking Chocolate is melt, remove it from the stove and keep it below a fan for5 minutes. Then keep the dish in the freezer for 25-30 minutes. Let it Cool.

Take the Oreo Biscuits and remove the cream with the help of a spoon or knife from inside in a separate bowl.

Crush the biscuits into small pieces in a small bowl.

Now take the melted Chocolate mixture out of freezer and pour ¼ rth of it in the same bowl of crushed Oreos. Mix well.

Now cut the Chocolate Fudge Cake half horizontally with the help of a sharp knife from the mid part.

Pour the Chocolate Mixture with the crushed Oreos and spread.

Now cover this with the half part of the cake like a lid.

Carefully place the Chocolate Fudge Cake in a Round Serving Tray with the help of both hands so the cake wouldn’t break.

Pour the remaining Cooking Chocolate on top and spread with a Spatula in such a way that it also covers the sides of the cake properly.

Decorate it with Sprinkles and Chocolate Chips.

Also you can decorate it with Cream.

Refrigerate it for 5-6 hours before serving. Serve Chill.
