INGREDIENTS TO MAKE APPLE CHARLOTTE RECIPE (OLD FASHIONED):-
PREPARATION FOR APPLE CHARLOTTE RECIPE (OLD FASHIONED):-

METHOD TO MAKE APPLE CHARLOTTE RECIPE (OLD FASHIONED):-
To make Apple Charlotte Old fashioned recipe, firstly take the White Bread and trim the crusts of the White bread. Then take the White Bread Slices and cut them diagonally. After cutting the White Bread Slices Diagonally, cut the White Bread Slices again into triangles.
Secondly, to make old fashioned Apple Charlotte, slightly grease a mould with a little Oil or Butter.
Take the White Bread Slices and dip one side of these White Bread Slices in the melted Unsalted Butter.
Now take half of these one sided dipped White Bread Slices and line them in the bottom of the greased mould in such a way that the buttered side of the White Bread slices comes to the bottom.
Save the scraps and odd pieces of the White Bread Slices for the bottom layer.
Now to get the filling ready for the Old Fashioned Apple Charlotte recipe, take a bowl and peel, core and slice the tart Apples.
On a medium flame, take a deep pan and add these peeled, cored and sliced apples in the pan with Sugar, Salted Butter and Raisins. Mix well and Stir for a minutes. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for five to six minutes or till the apple exudes the water.
Cook until the mixture or the filling for Apple Charlotte is thick. Uncover the lid and add fresh and White Bread Crumbs and cook for one minute or so while stirring. Remove this Apple Charlotte filling pan from the stove.
Now pour this Apple Charlotte filing mixture in the mould on top of the layered buttered Bread Slices.
Then add one more layer of the dipped White Bread Slices facing the buttered side upwards on top of this Apple Charlotte filling.
Bake this old fashioned Apple Charlotte in a pre-heated oven at 350’F or oven gas mark 5 for 30-40 minutes or until the bread turns golden-brown.
Remove the old fashioned Apple Charlotte from the oven and let it cool for about five to six minutes before serving hot.
Serve old fashioned Apple Charlotte hot with whipped Cream.
