BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

Our brain is such an important part of our body. It performs several major functions of our body. It is one of the largest organ of our body. It stores a lot of information in it. According to the research of World Health Organization, pointed out some habits which are common among people of today and in result that can damaging brain.
Here i am sharing some brain damaging bad habits. We must stop immediately that habits if we want to be healthy.

NO BREAKFAST:

As we all know that breakfast is an important meal of the day. We must know what should we eat, How should we eat and in what quantity. After spending a whole night, without  breakfast can lead to insufficiency of nutrition to our brain. People who skip breakfast will have lower blood sugar levels.

AIR POLLUTION:

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

SLEEP DEPRIVATION:

Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

SMOKING:

People who are addicted to smoking can cause multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

LACKING IN STIMULATING THOUGHTS:

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

HIGH SUGAR CONSUMPTION:

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

OVEREATING:

With overeating we just not can gain weight but can leads to hardening of brain arteries which result decrease in mental power.

HEAD COVERED WHILE SLEEPING:

Sleeping by covering your head can reduces your oxygen intake at night. It can also raise the chance of inhaling too much carbon dioxide. So keep the covers off your head while sleeping.
