Marinate for 20-25 minutes

Thirdly take a skillet or a 10 inch frying pan. Add Olive Oil in it over a medium-high heat.

Wait till Oil and the skillet both are hot, than place the marinated Chicken Breasts of the Balsamic Garlic Chicken on the skillet or frying pan evenly.

Flip the Chicken and cook from each side for 5- minutes. Cook till the Balsamic Garlic Chicken tenders and turns golden-brown.

Add the Chopped Garlic Cloves and the slice Mushrooms in the skillet. Stir well and let the Mushrooms cook for 5-6 minutes till they soften. Work the mushrooms in such a way that some of the Mushrooms come under the Chicken.

Add Balsamic Vinegar and Chicken Broth (Chicken Yakhni). Cover with a lid and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Remove the lid and add Thyme Powder and Bay Leaf and cover again with the lid. Let it cook for 7-8 minutes more so the sauce of the Balsamic Garlic Chicken Sauce thickens slightly.

Last step to make Balsamic Garlic Chicken is to add the melted Unsalted Butter and let it cook for 3-4 more minutes before removing this skillet form the stove.

Sprinkle Coriander Leaves on top to garnish Balsamic Garlic Chicken dish.

Balsamic Garlic Chicken is ready to serve.

Serve Balsamic Garlic Chicken hot with boiled Rice, or boiled mashed Potatoes.

Enjoy eating the yummiest Balsamic Garlic Chicken.

 INGREDIENTS FOR BALSAMIC GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE :- Chicken Breasts= 2 pounds (sliced or pounded ½ inch thick) Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar= 1/3 Cup Garlic Cloves= 8-9 (chopped) Mushroom= 1 pound (sliced) Chicken Broth (Chicken Yakhni)= 1 Cup Bay leaf = 1 Coriander leaves= ½ Cup Unsalted Butter= 2 tbsp Thyme (dried)= 1 […]

{"_s2mail":"yes
35
1349,1350,1348
