{"id":9667,"date":"2015-05-06T21:56:57","date_gmt":"2015-05-06T16:56:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/?p=9667"},"modified":"2015-05-06T21:56:57","modified_gmt":"2015-05-06T16:56:57","slug":"how-to-make-cheesy-tomato-quiche-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/how-to-make-cheesy-tomato-quiche-recipe\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Make Cheesy Tomato Quiche Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(QUICHE PASTRY AND FILLING RECIPE)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">QUICHE INGREDIENTS:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Purpose Flour (Maida)= 8 Ounce or 16 tbsp (heaped)<\/li>\n<li>Chicken Chunks= \u00bd- 1 cup as required<\/li>\n<li>Eggs= 2<\/li>\n<li>Egg Yolk= 1<\/li>\n<li>Cream= 1 packet<\/li>\n<li>Mustard Powder= \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>White Pepper Powder= \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>Black Pepper Powder= \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt= 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Cheddar Cheese= 1 \u00bd tbsp (grated)<\/li>\n<li>Mozzarella Cheese= 1 \u00bd tbsp (grated)<\/li>\n<li>Unsalted Butter= 6 ounce or 125 grams<\/li>\n<li>Capsicum= 3 tbsp chopped<\/li>\n<li>Tomatoes= 3 tbsp chopped<\/li>\n<li>Onions= 1 chopped<\/li>\n<li>Thyme Powder= \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>Sweet Corn= 4-5 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Cold Water= as required\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">QUICHE PREPARATION:-<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Time Required= 60-80 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Serves= 4-5 people<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">QUICHE RECIPE:-<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nTo make Quiche Pastry, first take a bowl and sift All Purpose Flour (Maida) in it , then add 4 ounces or 100 grams\u00a0 of Unsalted Butter, Egg Yolk and \u00bc tsp Salt. Rub these ingredients together until you get a breadcrumb texture.<\/p>\n<p>Then add Cold Water enough to turn the bread crumb mixture into smooth and soft dough. Refrigerate this dough for 30-35 minutes.<br \/>\nNow, roll and line a 9 inch tart tin. Trim off the excess dough.<\/p>\n<p>Prick with a fork and bake this Quiche pastry for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the Quiche pastry starts turning golden brown. Remove from oven and keep aside.<br \/>\nFor Quiche Filling, take 2 ounces or 25 grams of butter in a pan and add Onions, Tomatoes and Capsicum. Add \u00bc tsp of Salt. Saute these vegetables on a medium high heat. Cook for 5 minutes and then add \u00bc tsp of Thyme Powder.<br \/>\nTake a separate bowl and beat Eggs till foamy. Then pour the Cream and beat again. Add in Salt, White Pepper Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Mustard Powder.
