Add Ginger and Garlic and cook for a minute on a medium flame. Then add Cardamom Powder and Mustard Seeds. Stir for two minutes and add Onion Slices. Stir and Cook till the Onions becomes soft. On high flame, add rest of the ingredients in it. Cook till the Brown Sugar is dissolved then lower the flame. Let the mixture simmer till it turns like Jam (thickens to jam-like consistency). Let it Cool. Then pout this mixture in a sterilized container with a lid.
