{"id":9547,"date":"2015-04-09T02:00:34","date_gmt":"2015-04-08T21:00:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/?p=9547"},"modified":"2015-04-09T02:00:34","modified_gmt":"2015-04-08T21:00:34","slug":"how-to-make-chicken-qorma-murghi-salan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/how-to-make-chicken-qorma-murghi-salan\/","title":{"rendered":"How to make Chicken Qorma  \/ Murghi Salan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGREDIENTS:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chicken= 1 kg<\/li>\n<li>Yogurt= 2-3 cups<\/li>\n<li>Black Pepper= 6-7<\/li>\n<li>Salt= to taste<\/li>\n<li>Red Chilli Powder= 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon= 1 piece<\/li>\n<li>Green Cardamom= 4-5<\/li>\n<li>Cloves (Laung)= 4-5<\/li>\n<li>Coriander Powder= 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Ginger\/ Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Water= 1 cup<\/li>\n<li>Oil= 1-2 dish spoon<\/li>\n<li>Onions fried= \u00bd &#8211; 1 cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PREPARATION:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Time required= 45- 50 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Serves= 8=10 persons<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">METHOD:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take Oil in a Wok or a deep Pan. Heat Oil and add Cloves (Laung), Black Pepper, Cinnamon and Green Cardamom. Fry them for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.<\/p>\n<p>Now add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Ginger\/ Garlic Paste and fry for 3 more minutes while constant stirring.<\/p>\n<p>Add Chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes more then add Water.<\/p>\n<p>Cook till the Chicken gets tender.<\/p>\n<p>Blend Yogurt and Fried Onions together in a blender to make a smooth paste.<\/p>\n<p>Add this paste in the Chicken (in the Wok) and mix well.
