{"id":9431,"date":"2015-03-29T20:53:10","date_gmt":"2015-03-29T15:53:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/?p=9431"},"modified":"2015-04-08T02:46:14","modified_gmt":"2015-04-07T21:46:14","slug":"chicken-manchurian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/chicken-manchurian\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Manchurian Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGREDIENTS:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chicken= 250 grams boneless cut into 1 inch cubes<\/li>\n<li>Corn Flour= 4 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Tomato Ketchup= \u00bd Cup<\/li>\n<li>Soya Sauce= 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Red Chilli Sauce= 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Egg= 1 (white)<\/li>\n<li>Sugar= 3 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Noodles= 2 packets (Chicken Flavour)<\/li>\n<li>Yakhni (Chicken Soup)= 2 sachets or 2 cups<\/li>\n<li>Oil= 1 \u00bd -2 dish spoon<\/li>\n<li>Ginger\/ Garlic Paste= 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Red Chilli Powder= 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Vinegar= 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>White Pepper= \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>Black Pepper= \u00bd tsp<\/li>\n<li>Salt= to taste<\/li>\n<li>Chinese Salt (Ajinomoto)= to taste<\/li>\n<li>Green Chilli= 1-2 (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Rice or Chinese Rice= to serve (for recipe see to: <a href=\"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/chinese-egg-fried-rice\/\">https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/chinese-egg-fried-rice\/<\/a> )<\/li>\n<li>Water= 4-5 Cup<\/li>\n<li>Chicken Powder= 1 tbsp (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PREPARATION:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preparation Time= 18-22 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Serves= 4-5 people<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">METHOD:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take a bowl and add Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar, Yakhni (Chicken Soup) 1 cup or 1 sachet, Red Chilli Powder, Green Chilli (chopped), 2 tbsp Sugar, 2 tbsp Corn Flour and 1 Cup of Water. Keep aside. (Mixture # 1)<\/p>\n<p>Take a separate bowl and Beat the Egg White in it. Add 2 tbsp Corn flour, 1 cup or 1 sachet of Yakhni (Chicken Soup), Red Chilli Sauce, Soya Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Sugar and 1 tbsp Oil. Mix well with a Spoon. (Mixture # 2)<\/p>\n<p>Now add the Boneless Chicken and the Chicken Powder to the Mixture # 2. Mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Take a Frying Pan (a deep one) or a Wok and add 1 dish Spoon Oil in it on a medium flame. Add Ginger\/ Garlic Paste and fry for a minute. Then add this Boneless Chicken Mixture # 2. Fry the Chicken till tender.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the Tomato Ketchup mixture (Mixture # 1) in the pan or Wok and Cook along with Chicken pieces. Cook till the gravy thickens and you find that the Chicken Manchurian is ready. Remove from the stove.<\/p>\n<p>Take a separate Pan and boil 3-4 Cups or (450 ml) of Water in it. Add Noodles and let them cook for 5-6 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>In a big serving dish, arrange Rice or Chinese Rice (for recipe see to: <a href=\"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/chinese-egg-fried-rice\/\">https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/chinese-egg-fried-rice\/<\/a> ) on one side and the Chicken Manchurian on the next side.
