{"id":9386,"date":"2015-03-24T16:53:30","date_gmt":"2015-03-24T11:53:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/?p=9386"},"modified":"2015-04-08T02:45:56","modified_gmt":"2015-04-07T21:45:56","slug":"chicken-jalfrezi-recipe-chinese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/chicken-jalfrezi-recipe-chinese\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe (CHINESE) Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>INGREDIENTS:-<\/p>\n<p>* Chicken= Boneless 1 kg<\/p>\n<p>* Tomatoes= 3 ( \u00bd inch thinly cut)<\/p>\n<p>* Onions= 2 (cut in 1 inch square)<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>* Capsicum= 2 (cut in 1 inch square)<\/p>\n<p>* Chicken Yakhni Soup= \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>* Tomato ketchup= 1-2 cups<\/p>\n<p>* White Pepper= \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n<p>* Black Pepper= \u00bd-1 tsp<\/p>\n<p>* Red Chilli Powder= 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p>* Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt)= \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n<p>* Salt= 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p>* Soya Sauce= 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>* Chilli Sauce= 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>* Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>* Ginger\/ Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp<\/p>\n<p>* Oil= as needed<\/p>\n<p>METHOD:-<\/p>\n<p>Take a bowl and add Boneless Chicken, Salt, Ajinomoto (Chinese Salt), White Pepper, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Soya Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce and \u00bd cup of Tomato Ketchup.<\/p>\n<p>Let it marinate for 3-4 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Take a Deep Pan and add Oil in it. Add Ginger\/ Garlic Paste and then add the marinated Chicken. Fry Chicken till tender<\/p>\n<p>The Chicken will itself leave some gravy\/ stew.<\/p>\n<p>Add tomatoes and let them dissolve.<\/p>\n<p>Add Chicken Soup (Yakhni) and let it boil.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 2 tbsp of Oil in a separate frying pan. And add Capsicum. Stir fry Capsicum for 3-4 minutes and take them out in a separate bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Now take 2 tbsp of Oil again in the same frying pan and add Onions and Stir fry them for 3-4 minutes and take them out in the same (capsicum ones) or separate bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add \u00bd cup Tomato Ketchup or so as desired to thicken the gravy\/ stew of the Chicken Jalfrezi.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the stir fried Onions and Capsicums and mix well.
