{"id":9360,"date":"2015-03-19T23:02:21","date_gmt":"2015-03-19T18:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/?p=9360"},"modified":"2015-04-08T02:43:02","modified_gmt":"2015-04-07T21:43:02","slug":"special-chicken-tikka-grilled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/special-chicken-tikka-grilled\/","title":{"rendered":"Special Chicken Tikka (Grilled) Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">INGREDIENTS:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chicken= 1 whole cut into 8 pieces<\/li>\n<li>Ginger\/ Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Lime Juice= 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>Yogurt= \u00bd Cup<\/li>\n<li>Turmeric Powder= 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Coriander Seeds= 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>All Spices Powder= 2 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Red Chillies= 3 dried<\/li>\n<li>Onion= \u00bd chopped<\/li>\n<li>Salt= 1 tsp<\/li>\n<li>Oil= 1 tbsp<\/li>\n<li>French Fries= for serving<\/li>\n<li>Tomato Ketchup= for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">METHOD:-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take Red Chillies, Turmeric Powder, All Spices Powder, Coriander Seeds and Onion and grind them together.<\/p>\n<p>Add this grinded mixture in a frying pan on a low flame. Add Lime Juice, Salt and Ginger\/ Garlic paste and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Stir for about 2-3 minutes and then let it cool.<\/p>\n<p>Take the Chicken pieces and make three cuts in each of them.<\/p>\n<p>Take a bowl and add Yogurt, Oil and the Spice Mixture from the Frying Pan.<\/p>\n<p>Marinate the Chicken with the mixture for 4-5 hours.<\/p>\n<p>After this, wrap these Chicken Pieces in foil separately and seal well so the liquid (juices from the marination) don\u2019t escape from the foil.<\/p>\n<p>Take a hot Barbecue Grill and cook these Chicken Pieces hot for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>With the help of tong, remove the foil from the Chicken.<\/p>\n<p>Grill again for 5-6 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Your Chicken Tikka is ready.
