Also remain conscious regarding ingredients to make biryani as we will be preparing it with custom ingredients &amp; masalas not with packets available in markets.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Biryani is basically a desi rice based food which is made up of rice, ghee, spices, fish, meat, potatoes &amp; other vegetables. Biryani can be made in different styles &amp; tastes. Famous Types of biryani are:<\/p>\n<p>Hyderabadi biryani, Lucknowi biryani, Sindhi biryani, Buhari biryani, Bombay Biryani, Kacchi biryani, Mutton biryani, Chicken biryani, Egg biryani, Fish biryani, Daal biryani<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p>[checklist]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basmati Rice (Quantity: 1 kg, Washed &amp; soaked)<\/li>\n<li>Desi ghee (3 table spoon)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Carrot (Quantity: 1, diced)<\/li>\n<li>Almond (100g)<\/li>\n<li>Yogurt\u00a0(Quantity: 1\/2 cup)<\/li>\n<li>Lemon (quantity: 2)<\/li>\n<li>Tomatoes (500g, half portion is diced and the other is sliced thinly)<\/li>\n<li>Green Chilies (Quantity:7, sliced)<\/li>\n<li>Fresh Ginger (quantity: 3 inches)<\/li>\n<li>Cooking Oil (3 \/ 4 cup)<\/li>\n<li>Chinese parsley, Scallion, fresh coriander leaves &amp; fresh mint (Quantity: 1\/2 cup each)<\/li>\n<li>1 Full Chicken (Cut into 12 pieces)<\/li>\n<li>Garlic (quantity: 2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/checklist]<\/p>\n<h3>Spices to add:<\/h3>\n<p>[checklist]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Briyani Powder Mix (1 Table spoon)<\/li>\n<li>Coriander Powder (2 Table spoon)<\/li>\n<li>Chili Powder (1 Table spoon)<\/li>\n<li>anise Powder (1\/2 Table spoon)<\/li>\n<li>Cumin Powder (1 Table spoon)<\/li>\n<li>Cloves, Star Anise, Cardamom (1 Table spoon)<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon Stick (Quantity: 2)<\/li>\n<li>Dried Indian Bay leaves (6 pieces)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/checklist]<\/p>\n<h2>Method:<\/h2>\n<h3>Preparing the rice<\/h3>\n<p>[checklist]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Boil 4 Litre water &amp; pour rice in it. Now cook for about 10 minutes &amp; on boiling add spices into it.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle salt in it &amp; squeeze a lemon to keep the rice separated.<\/li>\n<li>When rice become fluffy strain &amp; set them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/checklist]<\/p>\n<h3>Preparing the Chicken &amp; ingredients<\/h3>\n<p>[checklist]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start heating cooking oil in the wok<\/li>\n<li>Golden brown the onion through cooking<\/li>\n<li>Empty the wok into a bowl for later user.<\/li>\n<li>Now cook the grounded spice &amp; powder spices together till sweet-smelling.<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken pieces &amp; tomato slices in it.<\/li>\n<li>Add treated garlic &amp; ginger when chicken is half cooked.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well &amp; add half cup of yogurt in it.<\/li>\n<li>Mix it again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/checklist]<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0Layering<\/h3>\n<p>[checklist]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Separate half on the chicken from wok &amp; layered the remaining with rice.<\/li>\n<li>Now Put one layer of sliced tomatoes &amp; browned onions on it.<\/li>\n<li>Put layer of half remaining chicken &amp; then rice.<\/li>\n<li>Put the remaining fried onions &amp; sliced tomatoes in it.<\/li>\n<li>Now Sprinkle melted ghee &amp; saffron.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the wok &amp; cook it for 20 minutes on very slow fire.<\/li>\n<li>Fluff the rice<\/li>\n<li>Serve it with Achaar &amp; Raita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/checklist]<br \/>\n<strong>Congratulation!
