Push with the back of spoon to drain excess liquid.<\/li>\n<li>Chop Spring Onions (green + white parts), Parsley and Mint leaves.<\/li>\n<li>Chop and Seed the tomatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Seed and Dice half of the Cucumber.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u00a0<strong>DIRECTIONS:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a bowl, put Tomatoes, Sprig Onions, Parsley, Mint, and Cucumbers together.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper and Cumin.
