{"id":1262,"date":"2013-09-16T08:55:52","date_gmt":"2013-09-16T03:55:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/?p=1262"},"modified":"2013-09-27T20:02:27","modified_gmt":"2013-09-27T15:02:27","slug":"italian-salad-the-neapolitan-classic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blazeminds.com\/blog\/italian-salad-the-neapolitan-classic\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian Salad (The Neapolitan Classic)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is a recipe of yummy salad which is healthy as well as delicious for evening meals.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>INGREDIENTS:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 plum Tomatoes or bell peppers<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves Garlic<\/li>\n<li>6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)<\/li>\n<li>2 pounds mozzrarella cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cup extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>7-8 cups basil leaves<\/li>\n<li>Salt &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<li>Black pepper grounded &#8211; to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Slice tomatoes in half (lengthwise)<\/li>\n<li>Cut mozzarella in to slices<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 200 F<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:-<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>For Sauce:-<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large bowl, add 1\/2 cup Olive oil, Salt, Pepper and Sliced tomatoes.
