People prefer eating salads for Dieting. but somethings people get bored of eating raw vegetables.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a recipe of how to have a yummy Russian salad with staying healthy:-<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Potatoes,<\/li>\n<li>4 Carrots,<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Peas,<\/li>\n<li>Pineapple &#8211; 1 tin bite- size pineapple approximately 500 kgs when packed (optional),<\/li>\n<li>300 g Walnuts (optional),<\/li>\n<li>A bunch of Grapes (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Sugar if neededed<\/li>\n<li>Lettuce leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>DRESSING:-<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mayonnaise,<\/li>\n<li>! Lemon juice,<\/li>\n<li>Salt to taste<\/li>\n<li>Pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boil vegetables separately until just tender. Remove with slotted spoon and put in a large bowl of ice- cold water.<\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut \u00a0potatoes and carrots into cubes.<\/p>\n<p>Peel, clean and break walnuts into small pieces.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate bowl, add lemon juice, salt and pepper to mayonnaise and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Add a pinch of sugar if needed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gently mix the vegetables, pineapples and walnuts into the dressing, so as not to squish them.<\/p>\n<p>In a plate, line the edges with large Lettuce leaves, and spoon the salad on top or in the center.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate for two to three hours before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy eating. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salads are the best for the healthy diet.
