Noodle Pakoras Recipe


  • Noodles= 2 packets (Masala flavour or any Spicy flavour)
  • Cottage Cheese= 100 grams cut into small 1 inch cubes)
  • Green chillies= 3-4 (chopped)
  • Gram Flour (Besan)= 100 grams
  • Mint leaves= to Sprinkle (finely chopped)
  • Worcestershire Sauce= 2 tbsp
  • Water= ½ Cup
  • Oil= for deep frying
  • Salt= to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup= to serve
  • Green Mint Chutney= to serve
  • Chaat Masala= to sprinkle



Preparation time= 25-30 minutes

Serves= 4-5 persons



Take a deep pan and boil water in it. Add both the packets of Noodles and let them cook. Add the Masala Flavour or any Spicy Flavour of your choice.

Take a separate bowl. Add Gram Flour (Besan) in ½ Cup of water and mix well to form a thick smooth Paste.

Mix this thick and smooth paste or mixture in the Noodles.

Add Salt, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp, Green chillies finely chopped and Cottage Cheese Cubes to the Noodles (cooked) and mix well.

Add Mint leaves and mix well.

Take Oil in a wok or a deep pan. Heat the Oil in the wok or deep pan on stove on medium flame.

Now shape the mixture into small Pakoras with your hands.

Deep fry these Pakoras until Golden- Brown.

Sprinkle some Chaat Masala on top of the Noodle Pakoras.

Serve these Noodle Pakoras hot with Tomato Ketchup and Green Mint Chutney.
