How to make Greek Salad

Here is the recipe for YUMMY GARLICKY GREEK SALAD.INGREDIENTS:-

  • 3 plum Tomatoes,
  • 1/2 Cucumber,
  • 1 large red leaf Lettuce,
  • 1/2 cup black Olives (pitted),
  • 3/4 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled),
  • 1 cup Chickpeas (boiled)

 

 

DRESSING:-

  • 2 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice,
  • 1 tsp fruit Vinegar,
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil,
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
  • Salt- to taste,
  • Peppper- to taste

 

 

PREPARATION:-

  • Whisk all the ingredients of the Dressing together.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper.
  • Let stand for !0-15 minutes at Room temperature.
  • Re- whisk.
  • Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
  • Chop and seed Tomatoes and Cucumber.
  • Slice Olives.

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS:-

  • Combine tomatoes, Cucumber, Olives, Lettuce and Chickpeas in a bowl.
  • ¬†Add Dressing and toss it.
  • Sprinkle black Pepper, Salt and Cheese together .
  • Serve.
